exciting program specifically designed to benefit Brokers, Realtors, Real Estate Agents and their clients.

How it works . . .

The Broker, Agent or Realtor purchases a service package (two, three or six months) for the home they
are listing. Clear H2O Pool Service will stop by each week to net, brush, vacuum (if needed), empty all
baskets and backwash the pool (when needed) . We will also check and monitor the overall condition
of the pool and its equipment and notify the Realtor of any issues.

What are the benefits?

  • Eye Appeal- The pool will look great throughout the time the property is listed.
  • Peace of mind- We take care of the pool so no one else has to worry about it.
  • One-time billing- There's absolutely no billing to worry about each month. A one-time fee
    takes care of the entire process, and we gladly accept all major credit cards.
  • Buyer Confidence- We will know what's going on and will be monitoring the condition of the
    pool. New Buyers can rest assured that someone with experience and knowledge is on their
    side.
  • Selling Highlight- Advertise that the house you're listing has pre-paid pool service! Once our
    service comes to an end, we'll even take the time to guide them through the regular maintenance
    process.
