will provide consistent attention to the little details.  Pools are not hard
to care for, but they are rather unforgiving if you let up on any area of
the pool's needed maintenance.

VACATION - SHORT TERM SERVICE - Starting at $35/Week

    Leaving town for a few weeks or longer? Going away on
    business? We'll service your pool while you're away. We're just
    a phone call away. Call us to arrange short-term service. No
    appointment needed, we'll schedule you when you request.

Service Notes:

Rates:
  • For a typical 8,000 gallon backyard pool with low to moderate
    foliage.
  • Pool greater than 40,000 gallons: Please call for on-site quote.
  • Chemicals included: 3" chlorine tablets, muriatic acid, liquid
    chlorine, algaecide, and D.E.
  • Non-included chemicals: phosphate remover, clarifier, stabilizer,
    or any other agent needed to restore chemical balance.
  • No service contracts! Only Service Level Agreements that
    indicate what YOU want us to perform on an "as needed" basis.
    An example of authorization would be for extra chemicals,
    equipment repairs, and/or replacement of pool parts. We'll send
    you an information packet; you select your desired
    service/repair levels, sign it, and return it to us!

A Word about Pets
    ClearH2O Pool Service requests that pets be placed inside the
    home or otherwise secured on service days. We do our best to
    guarantee your pet’s safety while servicing your pool but we
    cannot be responsible for pets that escape during our service
    call. As well, we will not service your pool if "guarded" by an
    unfriendly dog left unrestrained. We ask for your understanding
    and cooperation regarding household pets.

Service Days
    The services detailed above are for a minimum of 48 cleaning
    days per year. If your service day falls on a holiday we will make
    every attempt to work it into another service day that same
    week; however we may not always be able to. As well, some
    weather conditions or vehicle or equipment circumstances
    beyond our control may also cause a missed service day
    periodically throughout the year.

Pool Owner Responsibilities
  • During summer months we need your filter system to run at
    least 8-hours each day of the week. All the chemicals in the
    world don't help stagnant water stay clear.
  • Maintain the proper water level in your pool

Here's What A Typical Full Service Visit Looks Like From Start To
Finish...

  • Check chemical balance of pool.
  • Turn on and examine equipment.
  • Cleaning of salt system cell (if applicable, and on an as needed
    schedule): FREE!
  • Recharge the D.E. Filter with D.E. (if applicable): FREE!
  • Skim pool surface (and, vacuum when necessary).
  • Brush pool walls.
  • Clean automatic pool filters if installed.
  • Examine and adjust auto cleaning system.
  • Empty skimmer baskets.
  • Adjust and maintain equipment (backwash, empty pump basket).
  • Lubrication of o-rings, unclogging impellers, or adjusting valves.
  • Chemical addition.
  • Leave service slip indicating time and type of service

This type of routine may vary from pool to pool. Additional fees may be
required on some of these services. Some of these required tasks may
include...

  • Cleaning of cartridge filters or D.E. elements. (Rate depends on
    size of filters and/or elements. ($45.00-$95.00 per cleaning.)
  • Periodic repairs and/or replacement of equipment.
  • Algaecides
  • Addition of chlorine stabilizer.
  • Addition of salt.
  • Addition of liquid chlorine, muriatic acid, phosphate remover, or
    any other water chemistry agents due to circumstances beyond
    our control (weather, pool neglect, etc)

service for your pool. We remove all debris from your pool, brush where necessary and
maintain your filtration system. We routinely eliminate phosphate and metal build up. We

sparkle. We inspect all pool systems and components to ensure proper operation.
